How do I purchase land with Land4less?

We make it an easy 5-step process!

#1 question we are always asked:  How can we sell your land so inexpensive?

The answer is we purchase our land wholesale without paying the realtor fees or commissions so we pass the savings right onto you thus the name, LLC.

All the land we sell is guaranteed to have a free and clear title or we will refund your money in full.  If your not happy then were not happy., LLC's easy 5-Step process

1. Decide on which Land4Less property that you would like to invest in.

2. Make an offer by using our “Make an Offer” form. Once your offer has been accepted you would then go to the next step.

3. Now it’s time to pay for your Land investment with either a one time payment or your down payment if you used our finance program and wanting to make monthly payments with us. Once you have given us your name, address and phone number for your paperwork we will send your log ins with password. Then you will receive an invoice for payment. We accept Checks, Money Orders, Bank Deposit, Wire Transfer and Zelle.

4. We will then send you an Email requesting how you would like your name, address, etc. recorded on your new deed. We will immediately send your “L4L Land Package” to you through the mail which includes the maps of your new property, pictures, info, copy of the deed, along with everything else you will need regarding your new investment. We will then send the original deed to the County and pay all recording fees associated with this process. The county will mail the original deed directly back to you once it’s been recorded into your name.

5. The only thing you will need to do is receive your “L4L Land Package” through the mail. Some Counties require your signature on Affidavit’s and Preliminary change of Ownership Docs so those will be mailed to you (pre filled out) and you can sign and return them to us in the postage paid envelope we always provide. The ONLY thing you have to do is get your papers out of the mail box we do ALL the legwork and paperwork for you.

Yes, it was that easy! After this 5 step process you are on your way to investing in Real Estate!!!
(Remember the only thing you pay is the purchase price and $175.00 closing cost fee. No hidden fees, additional realtor fees, commissions etc.) Example- Purchase price is $2,500 plus $175.00 closing fee for a total of $2,675 is total purchase price!
